“I struggled with insecurities and anxiety that I let ruin many experiences for me, yet when I started working out I found a second home”

“Before becoming a personal trainer I always knew I wanted to do something that would help people. I struggled with insecurities and anxiety that I let ruin many experiences for me yet when I started working out I found a second home, a place where I felt confident, secure and strong. Eventually I was able to carry these traits into every aspect of my life and decided I wanted to help other do so as well. Before joining #BCPTI, I worked a variety of jobs that left me feeling so unfulfilled that one day I just had enough and decided I needed to change my life entirely. Within 3 days of meeting with Christina, I was registered to attend BCPTI.

I chose BCPTI because of the attention and level of care they gave me before even registering for the program. I could tell they had my best interest in mind and wanted to see me succeed. The program was absolutely life changing on both a personal and professional level. Each instructor brought with them years of experience and passion. Not only did they teach me more than I ever thought possible in the program, but they made me a better person. They truly made my dreams come true.

Where am I now?  I am working full-time with Steve Nash Fitness Clubs at the Morgan Crossing location in South Surrey, continuing my education and changing the lives of my clients everyday!”
