Muscle Activation Techniques

In this seminar you will learn an advanced movement correction tool that utilizes muscle testing, an advanced muscle assessment tool & muscle activation. These tools will then be applied to correcting common posture and fascial line issues. Mechanoreceptor science will be discussed and applied to these corrective techniques.

This workshop integrates the other internal courses provided by Fitness World Canada to their trainers so they have the ability to assess and not guess.

By utilizing assessments of isolated muscles and along fascial lines so we can identify if that muscle(s) are “weaker” in the context of neural output. It isn’t necessarily that those muscles are weak themselves but the ability of the client to utilize the patterns.

Through identifying these compensations, we can utilize manual activation and/or tool assisted muscle activation (hypervolt/hypersphere).
