In a customized dynamic warm-up, Hypervolt increases circulation and range of motion. It also upregulates the nervous system via mechanoreceptors, decreasing motor control gap and improving stability & performance.
In recovery, Hypervolt relieves muscle stiffness and soreness. It increases circulation to help with removal of metabolic waste and it improves the overall health of the body’s soft tissues.
The Hypervolt Workshop is a requirement of the FW level up process. It is also a prerequisite for acceptance into the Therapeutic Fascial Mobility course.

Brian started his fitness career as a graduate of BCPTI. Upon graduation, Brian primarily worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder while working as a Personal Trainer. Over time, he became an Educator for BCPTI while completing his Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology.
Brian uses an eclectic approach to training and education. He has taken countless courses while dabbling in a variety of training styles, modalities, and even competitions. Notably, he has competed in powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting breaking provincial and national records in the bench press and overall categories. Brian enjoys using other styles of training also, such as bodyweight calisthenics and gymnastics, and movement for joy. Brian prioritizes the integration of mental and physical health by providing a holistic approach to working with others.
