Hypervolt / Hypersphere

“The Hypervolt & Hypersphere are cordless state-of-the-art vibration/percussion devices that can be used in both preparatory & recovery services.”

In a customized dynamic warm-up, Hyperice tools increase circulation and range of motion. It also upregulates the nervous system via mechanoreceptors, decreasing motor control gap and improving stability & performance.

In recovery, Hyperice tools relieve muscle stiffness and soreness. It increases circulation to help with removal of metabolic waste and it improves the overall health of the body’s soft tissues.

The Hyperice Workshop is a requirement of the FW level up process. It is also a prerequisite for acceptance into the Therapeutic Fascial Mobility course.

In this course, we will go over assessments to identify areas we can use either the hypervolt or the hypersphere to facilitate better movement and recovery.
