TRX Suspension Training Certification

“You’ll learn how to properly perform and cue foundation Suspension Training exercises while learning to adapt them to every fitness level.”

Certification Dates: November 6th from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Course Fee: $275 + GST.

Registration Limit: 18 (to ensure social distancing).

CECs: NASM 0.7, ACE 0.7, Can Fit Pro 4.0, PTA Global 7.0, ISSA 7.0, BCRPA 7.0.

Course Materials: All participants will receive a link to download digital copy of the Suspension Training Course in their confirmation email.

Pre-Requisites: There are no prerequisites to take this TRX Professional Education Course. Continuing Education Credits (CECs) will only be applied to certified fitness professionals.

Upon Completion of this Course, you will be Able to:

  • Properly perform a variety of Suspension Training exercises
  • Progress and regress exercises for all fitness levels
  • Adjust resistance and stability for all exercises
  • Cue and correct common faults
  • Correctly set up and use the TRX Suspension Trainer

Upon completion of a TRX Suspension Training Course, you will be a TRX Qualified Trainer. You will receive an electronic version of your TRX Qualification, which can be printed for your records and redeemed for CECs. The provider number and number of credits can be found on your Qualification and redeemed on the provider’s website.

Logan played soccer for over 20 years, going as far as NCAA Division 1 collegiate in the US and playing internationally in the UK. Since 1998, working as a coach on the field and in team/athlete strength & conditioning made fitness an easy choice for a second career. In addition to Can Fit Pro Personal Training, Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Wellness, Logan holds additional certifications as a Level 2 Biosignature practitioner, Level 3 Muscle Testing specialist, Functional Muscle Assessment & Graduated Exercise Methods, TRX R4 Master Trainer, Level 1 Agatsu Kettlebell instructor, Level 1 & 2 Kettlebell through Somatic Senses, Bulgarian Bag instructor, Trigger Point certified trainer, Joga instructor and is certified to teach group fitness, spinning, yoga, pilates and aqua classes. Logan also holds numerous certifications in nutrition, HRV, DNApower, lab analysis and lifestyle coaching.

Logan has worked for major commercial gym chains in Canada since 2006 and has also worked in small studios, clinics, University strength & conditioning and owned their own private training studio for 2 years before returning to British Columbia in 2013.
Upon joining Steve Nash in 2013 Logan achieved President’s Club twice (for personal training sales) and moved from the personal trainer role up to Fitness Manager, District Fitness Manager and then onto the education team. Now, Logan works as the Director of Fitness Education for both Fitness World and BCPTI allowing them to focus on fitness education full-time!

After working with clients for many years, Logan enjoys helping trainers grow their careers and make an impact on health, fitness & well-being in our beautiful BC communities. Outside of the gym Logan enjoys yoga, cycling, hiking, reading, adventure travel and plans to take up non-meal prep cooking (aka “never mind your macros”) as a retirement sport. Logan lives in South Surrey with their fiance and a little tabby cat named Luna.
