Bulgarian Bag Workshop

“The Bulgarian Bag develops tri-planar movement, improves rhythmic coordination, and challenges multi-joint flexibility.”

Initially developed in 2005 by Ivan Ivanov, the Bulgarian Bag was initially designed for Olympic class wrestlers. The bag quickly caught on with fitness trainers and professional athletes for its ability to increase muscular endurance and make weight training more versatile.

By understanding the movement principles associated with this functional movement tool, Trainers will be able to provide a unique training stimulus to their clients enhancing their grip, muscular endurance, and neuromuscular efficiency.
